Sherry Sturman Naddour
Chief Operating Officer
Kronos Optimal Health Company

Sherry Sturman Naddour adds strong financial leadership and operational expertise to the management team of Kronos Optimal Health Company. Hired as the company’s chief financial officer in 2006, she was promoted to chief operating officer in January 2007. In this role, she directs the day-to-day operations of Kronos Optimal Health Centre, as well as Kronos Optimal Health Company’s finance, information systems and operations departments.

Ms. Sturman Naddour’s passion for fitness and wellness also plays an important role in her personal life. She and her husband co-own and operate a youth fitness center with recreational and competitive sports. The couple’s four children are actively involved as well, either by participating in competitions or in a coaching capacity.  

Ms. Sturman Naddour has more than two decades of management experience, specializing in health care. Prior to joining Kronos, she served as chief financial officer for a publicly held company that developed, manufactured and marketed technologically advanced health care products nationwide. She was responsible for SEC reporting, oversaw compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and improved the reimbursement rates for the company’s 300 managed care contracts.

Previously, Ms Sturman Naddour served as CFO of a private, nonprofit managed care behavioral health company serving the Medicaid population of Maricopa County, Arizona. Her position required strong presentation and liaison skills for a community based board of directors, multiple governmental organizations and political interest groups, and a network of 150 providers.

Ms. Sturman Naddour earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant and an associate professor at Arizona State University.
