LENAYA BURNS, FNP

Lenaya Burns. FNP is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with both her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing Degrees from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Prior to joining Kronos Health in 2020 she worked in oncology, hospice and palliative care. Since starting with Kronos Health, she has been caring for the residents at Edgewood Retirement Community in North Andover, MA.

Lenaya is passionate about geriatric medicine and is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that promotes health, dignity and quality of life.  She values building strong relationships with her patients and their families while supporting their unique healthcare needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys.
