JENNIFER BURZYK, NP

Ms. Burzyk joined Kronos Health in 2019. She provides primary care to her own panel of patients and also provides consultation for patients of other Kronos Health providers regarding medication management for behavioral health issues. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Massachusetts and went on to complete post masters training in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Rivier University.  She is an Honors Program Graduate from Worcester State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in health education. During her consultations, she fully explains patients’ conditions and helps them choose an appropriate treatment plan. Jennifer is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient's situation and adapts treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns.  Jennifer is firm believer in health and wellness as proven by her commitment to physical fitness as proven by her own personal habits. She is committed to helping her patients make lifestyle changes that will assist in managing chronic illnesses.
