BESTSY AUSTIN, PSYD

Dr. Austin is a psychologist who specializes in helping patients adapt to illness, manage their chronic illnesses and support healthy lifestyles to prevent or reduce the impact of illness.Dr. Austin completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychobiology from Mount Holyoke College, a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from Concordia University in Montréal and her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology.  She went on to complete a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Austin has a wealth of prior experience. Since 2000 she has worked in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center and served as Director of Clinical Health Psychology.

 

MARIE CONSTANT,MD

Dr. Constant is is a board-certified family physician, a public health practitioner, and a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She worked with underserved communities in Haiti for more than 10 years, and the North Shore of Boston for almost 4 years.  Her professional interests include the integration of public health and clinical medicine, narrative medicine, depression and bipolar disorder, diabetes, and obesity.  She enjoys listening to her patients’ stories and spending quality time with them. Marie-Andrine completed her post-graduate studies at St-Joseph Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, NY (2010) and earned a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst (2014).

SCOTT EARLY, MD

Dr. Early received is MD from Dartmouth Medical School and did his Family Medicine Residency at Group Health in Seattle, WA .  He is currently an MBA student  at Babson College.  Dr. Early is passionate about primary care, medical education and health care delivery.  He served as a family medicine residency director for 17 years follow by 5 years as chief medical officer at a federally-funded community health center. In 2015, he decided to quit his job to finally pursue is dream-  to create the model to redesign primary health care delivery.

JOANNA G. PEATFIELD, NP

Ms. Peatfield is a board certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner.  She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.  Her clinical interests include caring for clients at the end of life as well as supporting families at this difficult time.  She is a part time instructor at Framingham State University for nursing students.  In addition, Joanna has an Education Specialist degree.  She is a member of Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau International, the American Geriatrics Society, and the American Associates of Nurse Practitioners.

SHARON RUBRECK, MD

Dr. Rubreck graduated from the Akron General Hospital School of Nursing in 1996 with a RN and from Akron University early a B.S. in Natural Science and a M.S. in Biology.  She earned her MD in 1978 from the Medical College of Ohio.  Moving to Texas, she did her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College.  Since them she has practiced Internal Medicine in walk in and office setting in the greater Boston area.  She is also a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture.

 

ANN SPIREs, MD

Dr. Spires is board certified in family medicine and sees children and adults.  She has special interests in growth and nutrition, international health, care of older adults and providing care in the home.  Prior to joining Kronos Health Dr. Spires was a family physician at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center where she has worked since 2008. She completed her medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine graduating in 1998.  Dr. Spires did her residency training at the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency. She completed a Family Medicine Academic Fellowship and a Masters Degree in Health Policy and Management at Boston University. Dr. Spires has a wealth of experience working in diverse and challenging settings around the world including work with Doctors Without Borders providing primary care in refugee camps in Sri Lanka, and providing hospital care for children during a measles epidemic in Mubi, Nigeria.  

 

Suetta TENNEY, MD

Dr. Tenney grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Smith College with a degree in biochemistry. She entered George Washington School of Medicine and completed Tufts School of Medicine in Boston.  She did her internship and residency at The Cambridge Hospital and the Cambridge Harvard Community Health Plan as their focus was on training general internists.  Dr. Tenney works with patients to integrate allopathic medicine with many modalities including whole-food nutrition, meditation, exercise, yoga, martial arts, aromatherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and others.  She is also Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care.

 

 

CHRISTINE YOUNG, MD

Dr. Young is board certified in Internal Medicine. Prior to joining Kronos Health, she was a primary care physician at Core Physician Services in Exeter, NH where she has worked since 2005.  Dr. Young attended Middlebury College and earned a bachelors degree with honors in biology.  She completed her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School graduating in 2000.  She did her residency training at Tufts New England Medical Center and an additional year of fellowship training in cardiology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
